The Monthly Nut

Last weekend my parents out to the West Coast. It was the first time they've seen our house (photo from our backyard). We had assured them it gets quite chilly during the summer. Ooops, record high temperatures.

Another in the series of "blurry Treo pictures," CB and I went to see Pearl Jam tonight (a welcome break from a weekend of work) the evening before her birthday.

CB and I went to see the Foo Fighters play an acoustic set at a high school theater. Dave Grohl was in good spirits - he talked about Nirvana, which I hadn't heard him do before in concert.

Aunt Susan, Cousin Kara and Uncle Richard (from the left of me) came to visit on July 3rd. Their heads look normal size here but they're really quite big because of the giant brains inside.

And people say you can't get anything for free anymore
